Bert Parlee
A founding member of the Integral Institute, Bert served as Ken’s chief of staff at I-I for the first several years, is ongoing leader of the I-I Psychotherapy branch, and was lead trainer of most I-I seminars during the “workshop period” in Colorado. A licensed clinical psychologist, certified Integral executive coach, and organizational consultant, Bert has served organizations on five continents and enjoys coaching soccer moms to Fortune 100 senior executives.
Bert has also served as faculty at several graduate schools including the Integral Executive Education MBA program at the University of Notre Dame. His primary areas of expertise are communication skills and managing conflict.
Bert received his B.A. in Political Science at University of New Brunswick, M.A. in Buddhist and Western Psychotherapy at Naropa University, and doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies. More about Bert Parlee

Nomali Perera
Nomali is a certified Integral Coach from the Integral Coaching Canada program in Ottawa, Canada. As a coach, Nomali will work with you to define your goal/s with more clarity. She can explore with you skillful means to enhancing your gifts as they currently show up in your life, and those that are yet to be discovered by finding hidden patterns that may be shadow blockages in your path to progress with what we call an “AQAL Analysis.” With creativity, sensitivity, and judicious challenge, Nomali can suggest Integral Life Practices in the areas of somatic, cognitive, emotional, moral, interpersonal, spiritual and masculine/feminine development that are unique to you and your goals. Nomali can also assist in identifying your Enneagram type and how to apply its wisdom to living at your Highest and enacting your dream.
Along with Jeff Salzman, Nomali teaches the Intro to Integral Theory class before each Integral Incubator for those who are not yet familiar with the Integral teachings. At the Incubator, Nomali can also help you learn about how to use social media to promote your project/work.
A founding member of Boulder Integral, Nomali moved from Sri Lanka to Boulder, Colorado in 2002. She has an Interdisciplinary Bachelor’s Degree in Contemplative Psychology & Religious Studies from Naropa University, Boulder and a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University, Denver. Nomali was also a staff member at Ken Wilber’s Integral Institute as a co-manager of the Integral Spiritual Center from 2003 – 2007.
Nomali delights in art, music, humor, the company of friends, as well as solitude. Nomali has a Jack Russell called Decker that you will be sure to meet if you are at Boulder Integral.
Huy Lam
Huy Lam is passionate about supporting the emerging Integral movement and working to bring these new insights to help empower people to create the lives that they want. He served as CFO of the Integral Institute and was a part of the core team that developed the Integral Life Practice program. He is a long time practitioner of the martial and yogic arts, and specializes in the physical and energetic components of ILP. Huy is also a certified Integral Coach (from Integral Coaching Canada) and works with Integral Life, as well as with personal clients.
Prior to working with I-I, he held financial and project management roles in several high technology companies in Silicon Valley. Currently, Huy is working on a new project called, Liberation Economics – Making a living through living your purpose. His intention is to help create a new vision of work that is driven by intrinsic motivation, acts as a reflection of our practice, is co-created within a community and creates greater abundance in our lives, the community and the planet.
Huy is married, loves to play with his two children, and also enjoys to dance, play volleyball, racquetball, go to the gym, meditate, snowboard, rock climb, & occasionally to stop and do nothing at all.
Nicole Fegley
Nicole is an Integral Coach certified through Integral Coaching Canada. Over the past 5 years, she has produced over 30 personal, professional, and spiritual growth workshops for Integral Life and Integral Institute and has worked closely with many prominent teachers, including Ken Wilber, Diane Hamilton, Sofia Diaz, Marc Gafni and Jeff Salzman. She is the Curator of Integral Spiritual Experience, and Founder, with her partner Clint Fuhs, of Core Integral, a company dedicated to expanding access to the Integral approach and ensuring the integrity of its comprehension.
Nicole brings care, insight, and humor to help her coaching clients be fierce on their path yet kind to themselves. She is passionate about creating a personalized exploration, an engaging enactment, and sustained embodiment of exactly what her clients most want in their life. Her specialties include Women’s Integral Practice, Career transition, Business start up and development, Relationships and Divorce, Integral Spiritual Practice, Health and Wellness.
Formerly, Nicole was a restaurant and brewery owner, and helped grow the start-up business from 1.5 to 5 million in sales in 5 years. She also helped to plan and secure SBA and redevelopment funding for a second, larger location, before switching careers and moving to Colorado to work for Integral Institute. She also has a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science, as well as an M.A. in Political Theory from Lehigh University.

Daune Greene
Daune is a teacher of the daily physical module/morning practice at the Integral Incubator. Daune has always been interested in the somatic line of development. In college, she studied Modern Dance and Ballet. She received her graduate degree in Theater and Dance from The University of New Mexico.
After graduate school, Daune moved to Boulder, Colorado, where she continued to perform and to teach dance to children, teens and adults. After the birth of her second daughter, her primary focus became parenting, though she continued to study yoga, storytelling, Middle-Eastern dance and percussion. Daune has studied and performed with many notable Middle-Eastern musicians including Souhail Kaspar, Rachid Halihal, Yair Dalal and Naser Musa. She has recorded with local musicians Cameron Powers and Kristina Sophia and the Sufi Devotional Music of The Zevk Ensemble from New Mexico.
Daune currently is continuing to pursue her interest in movement by exploring strength training, Pilates, Eric Franklin’s work with imagery and kinesiology, and Salsa dancing. She has been involved with The Boulder Integral Community since its inception, attending study groups and lectures and being inspired by these wonderful people. In the Summer of 2008, she collaborated with Jeff Salzman and Rob McNamara in The Integral Life Practice Intensive.
