The Integral Incubator is an opportunity unlike any other: it’s a five-day retreat into your work, not a vacation away from it.
In this carefully-designed bootcamp you’ll learn how to approach your idea, project, or personal calling in powerful new ways. In the process you’ll get to experience first hand what it means to lead an integrally-informed life. The Incubator takes the best of integral theory and practice and weaves it together into one seamless experience that moves between work, meditation, movement, socialization, and play.
The result? You leave the Incubator better equipped to get focus and traction on your work — and your life!

Customized options to give you an experience tailored to your needs depending on your area of project and exploration…
Participants will join Track Groups that focus on different perspectives of Incubation.
Entrepreneurial Track – For people who are most interested in building a business or organization, or in executing the “business side” of their creative project. Emphasis is on planning, marketing, management, employee and client relations. Folks on this track will focus on more “external” processes, systems, and structural type of work.
Self-Discovery Track – In this track YOU are the project. Participants explore themselves in ways that bring more clarity and commitment to their lives and the work they wish to do. You can also think of this option as focusing on the more “internal” aspects of your work: introspection, self-awareness, creativity, your relationships with others and self-expression.
À la carte Track - While you will participate in all large group activity, in this track, you will have more time for yourself, to create your own self-directed structure. You will still have access to and the support of coaches. Most suited for those with writing, art, and other creative projects or someone who is seeking more personal time with or without a clear project.
Outside these three tracks, there are plenty of other full group activities!
You will also have opportunities to meet with coaches who are dedicated to assisting you on your path.

Coaching from Integral Experts
At the Incubator you will have the opportunity to work directly with experienced coaches who can give you personal insight into your work and challenges. Integral Coaches will provide additional support and guidance to help you work through any blocks or issues that arise throughout the course of the week.
